About Polyphosphoric Acid
Polyphosphoric acid is a concentrated, viscous mixture of linear phosphoric acid chains. The 115% grade has a higher phosphorus content than ordinary phosphoric acid.
Uses and applications
Fertiliser production
Used as a raw material for liquid and ammonium polyphosphate fertilisers.
Chemical synthesis
Used as a dehydrating agent and catalyst in organic synthesis.
Industrial
Used in metal treatment and in the manufacture of other phosphate chemicals.
