About Potassium Hydroxide

Uses and applications
Soap and detergent
Used to make soft and liquid soaps and as an alkali in cleaning products.
Chemical processing
Used to make potassium salts and in batteries, and as a pH adjuster in processing.
Food and agriculture
Food grade is used as a pH regulator and processing aid; also used in some fertiliser production.
