About Sucralose

Sucralose is a high-intensity sweetener, about 600 times sweeter than sucrose. It is heat-stable and does not provide calories.

Uses and applications

Beverages

Used in diet and reduced-sugar drinks, often blended with other sweeteners.

Bakery and dairy

Used in baked goods, yoghurt and desserts because of its stability during cooking.

Tabletop

Used in tabletop sweetener blends and sachets.
